Getting set up

You’ll need your account number (printed on your welcome pack or statement) plus the email address registered to your Good Energy account.

You can only activate an online account if we supply your home or if you’re one of our small business customers.

  • You can find your account number on your bill. If you have more than one live account with us, the number for any of them will do.

  • Please use the email address you registered to your Good Energy account when you joined us.
